I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that.
