As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! "David responded to my call immediately. He asked to come to assess area since the price covered an allotted square feet and did not cover additional decorative tile. David first arrived promptly to look over tile and said my area was covered and he would include my small corner tiles. We agreed on date and time for work to be done. When he arrived promptly with a helper they put towels down outside perimeter so that area would not get damaged. I was hoping for a brighter restoration in the groove pattern of the tile. To be honest, the tile is 15 years old. This did not happen. The grout did look cleaner. He did not apply sealant as he said I didn't need it and it wouldn't do me any good. Overall, it felt like my floor got washed well, but after a week there was a brownish film left from the solution. I really liked David and his professionalism and desire to please the customer, but I don't think I would do it again.
