Offered a double-sided shutoff, which I'd never seen before, and installed it so I can turn on hot water in the kitchen sink while leaving the dishwasher feed shut off until it is installed next week. Game changer! Gave me various quotes I requested of repiping the house (we need a lot of work done) and updating our showers. Made recommendations for improvements, and showed me an open pipe he found in the basement that I never knew about! Very informative AND the work was done quickly! He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."
