"The installation went well. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. Included was a one year guarantee on labor and 5 years on the unit. The price was fair. We will use the company again for future jobs."

"The installation of a new split unit Air conditioner unit was done by Joe. He installed the unit, ran the electrical work to my panel, installed all the lines needed. Joe completed the project with the expertise needed and was sure to address all the indoor and outdoor cosmetic piping and ductwork with a great appearance to meet my expectations. Joe was on time, very attentive to all my questions, emails and text messages and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Joe for your AC unit installation and I will be calling him again for any future projects that I may have! 😊"

"Install 2. 5 ton central air conditioner compressor’s and airhandler’s. Outstanding work outstanding follow up great to do business with I was skeptical about hiring an East Hampton company Because I thought they would be too expensive I was wrong they were knowledgeable more than price competitive and Outstanding to do business with look at the reviews don’t waste your time they are the best"

"I needed four ceiling light fixtures replaced. He did the job within a reasonable amount of time. The wires in the basement were not in good shape but, that's why you hire someone with 25 years in the business. For someone else it might be a challenging but for him, it was only a minor problem. I love the light fixtures, they were installed properly and professional."

"Joe was great. Our a/c broke during the hottest time in the summer and Joe came right away to fix it. He was so friendly and so professional. Thank you Joe from central Suffolk mechanical For your services."

"My apologies, I should have written this review months ago! They were responsive and cooperative in setting up the appointment. They sent pictures and background checks of the employees coming to my home. They confirmed the appt the day before, arrived on time and worked at a good pace all the way thru. The windows looked absolutely beautiful!! They maybe could have cleaned up after the gutters a little better....i had little piles of leaves and gunk at the bottom of a few gutter spouts....but certainly nothing that will deter me from hiring them again. Brendan, Christopher and Justin were great!"

"Went very well, fixed my computer quickly, worth the money

"A few weeks went by and we were not notified of our installation date. I called and was then given a date. They came on time. There was a mis-communication between the initial contact guy and the installers. We expected that a space around 4 window frames would be caulked. The installers did not know about this. I needed to expend some effort to get that addressed, but it was addressed. They scheduled a second appointment to do the caulking. They came as expected and completed the work. In conclusion, they did honor the contract, but it seems that the working crew did not read the contract and come fully prepared. If the foreman was unclear as to what was on the contract, we would have all benefited from him contacting the initial sales guy to be clear as to the details of the job before the work was started. When I clarified this deficiency, they did complete the job as promised in a timely manner."

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."

"The gentlemen from Green Ductors were incredibly professional and clearly explained the problem to us. They explained different options that we had and gave us an estimate for each. We decided to have them install a new dryer vent, and our dryer has been working wonderfully ever since! They even sent us a document with before and after pictures. We would definitely hire them again."
