"Jack and his crew were thorough, professional and courteous throughout the entire waterproofing project for the basement, which included outside drainage work to better direct water away from the house, and the foundation repairs that were needed. He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. The home was built in the 1940's and the basement would flood following rain. Since the repairs, three rain storms within five weeks, each with over 3 inches of rain, have occurred and the basement waterproofing project was immediately tested. It has remained dry!"

"AFFORDABLE BASEMENT WATERPROOFING WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE! My basement walls had 3 cracks in them. They leaked water into the basement when we had heavy rains. To fix these cracks I called in top rated waterproofing companies for their estimates to do their repair work. I found these companies to be very expensive and give minimum time on their warranty's for their work, for the money you have to pay them! Then I found New York Waterproofing Inc. and owner George Carpozi III, George has been in the basement waterproofing business for many years and knows how to fix any type of basement water problem. He has waterproofed residential as well as commercial basements, fresh and ocean salt water problems, leaking basement walls, windows, joints, and water coming up through the basement floor. George can stop the leaks! He has his own system to do this without digging up outside your property! He is so sure he can fix your leak George gives a WRITTEN LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the work he has done for you. Who else does that? I hired George to repair my basement cracks, George and his crew came to my home the Sunday before the NY area had days of RECORD RAINFALLS last week. With all the rain we had, none of the cracks George repaired leaked! The pice I paid New York Waterproofing Inc, and with a written lifetime guarantee on the repairs they made, was about HALF the cost of the lowest estimate I received from the other waterproofing companies I called in! If you have any type of basement water problem, my recommendation is to call and get estimates, but DO NOT SIGN anything, until you call George Carpozi III, and New York Waterproofing Inc. You owe it to yourself, and your pocket! I don't know of any other basement waterproofing company who will give you a written lifetime guarantee on their work. I wish all with wet basements the best, and a happy dry basement to come as well, now go make that call!"

"Bill, his son Derrick and assistant Victor did a great job assessing and fixing our leaking, damp basement. They installed a dehumidifier, waterproofed walls and floors in unfinished closets and found and rectified overflowing downspout that caused a basement flood during the last big rainstorms. Very professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them."
