"We used Merryfield for this siding project, which was part of a kitchen remodel.  Our contractor did not specialize in siding and asked that we have the work performed by someone else.  We needed siding installed where a window was being eliminated to make room for additional cabinets.  The process was easy for this project, from estimate to completion.  They worked within the requests of our kitchen contractor and the work was done quickly.  The siding on our house is old and not readily available.  Merryfield was able to source the replacement siding even after we were told by another company that this was not possible.

Him and his crew took measurements and went over every detail of the project, answering all my questions. Scheduled and started on time. Demoed powder room to bare studs and floors. I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted. I left a message for Luis late Tuesday night, he contacted me within the hour. He met me at my new home on Wednesday afternoon and assured me the painting would be completed on Thursday. "It went very well. We needed to add safefty bars and a seat for our aging loved one so we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Niko and his team were great. Price was reasonable and competitive to other quotes we had before starting. The majority of the job was done by Niko and Rick. Anthony assisted on the demo and Tio in the final touches (last day). Rick was there promptly each morning. Niko stayed late each day. They both work very well together. They give explanations and advice in what their doing to educate us while honoring our creative wishes. They value quality work instead of rushing the job. Niko makes sure he is there on site as well is respectful of our home and truly both nice contractors. It ran a little longer than planned; it happens in renovations. However, it was well worth it . "Kip and his team transformed our completely unfinished cold and concrete basement into a warm and beautiful multi-room living space that my whole family will enjoy for years to come! Kip patiently worked with my husband and I to come up with the design for our basement. He came up with multiple plans for a space that was to include a large playroom, an adult media area (complete with a gorgeous wet bar), a gym/ fitness room, and a full bathroom. We met and designed the basement over the course of a few weeks in early August. Once we had our plans, we were anxious to get started. Lucky for us, Kip didn't disappoint.  Kip gave us a 3 month time-line for the job. The project was to run from mid-September through mid December. Kip sent a team of 3 men, Mike, Dan and Bob to build our basement. Mike was the faithful team leader, and he and his crew remodeled our basement from start to finish. All 3 men were respectful, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They showed up daily, on time, and got right to work. Mike and team were clearly dedicated to our total satisfation of their work.  He often asked for our input, and was very communicative and receptive to changes as the project moved along. As promised, our basement was finished right on schedule, and on budget too! We had no surprise expenses or extra costs that weren't expected or discussed ahead of time. We couldn't be happier with our end result, and we look forward to future projects with Kip and Millennium.
