"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "The communication was excellent. A detailed estimate was provided in advance. Customer service was outstanding! I needed a few more pavers than I originally thought and the company installed them without increasing my charge. The employees were respectful, friendly, and hardworking. They even took it on themselves to help me put some yard fixtures back into place without me even asking! They also left the yard spotless and cleaned up all trash and debris from the job. The new pavers look fantastic! The owner / foreman was very easy to work with, and when I had questions (in advance and on the day of the install) he always answered quickly. This was a very good experience."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. "Communication with the owner/manager was very good prior to scheduling.  He was easy to contact and always returned calls promptly.  We had to reschedule a few times to find a date that worked for both of us.  Once the work was scheduled, two young men came to do the landscape work.  We had purchased a deal for 8 hrs. of labor, or 4 hrs. with two men.  They arrived on time and began work very quickly, once I discussed my needs.  They worked steadily and hard, digging out weeds and dead shrubs, trimming back roses, putting in top soil, garden soil and many new plants.  They moved a lot of rocks and replaced them after work was done.  They cleaned up all the debris and bagged it for us to dispose of.  They moved all the bags to an area that made it easy for us to put out for pick up.  They were polite, friendly and completely professional, and completed the work within the time allotted.  We are very happy with the work performed and it was well worth the cost.  I would definitely use this provider again.

"Lawn cut, edging, shrubs trimmed and some removed, and mulch. I called on a Saturday and Mr. Juliano came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He came out on the following Wednesday to cut the lawn and do the weeding. He came out the next Saturday to do the trimming and mulching. Very professional. Called after cutting grass to see if I was pleased with the service and to let me know he wound be out on Saturday to complete the job"
