"Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend Chip and look forward to having them back to renovate our kitchen."

"<blockquote> <strong>   The Sirolli team was considerate, professional, and respectful. Sirolli stayed on the time schedule, let me know what was happening and when it was happening. Sirolli cleaned up and vacuumed every night before leaving the site.<br />     Sirolli uses subcontractors who deliver the same quality as he expects from his own team. My experience with Sirolli construction is extremely positive.  <br />    This was the first of many projects I used Sirolli construction on because they do outstanding, quality work, pay attention to details and know what they're doing so they know how to price the job. I also used Sirolli for my kitchen, bath, laundry room and garage and was given the same quality, professionalism and affordable workmanship.</strong> </blockquote>"

"Thanks gang!!! Having a husband with a Trumatic brain injury that thinks he can still do everything causes problems that makes a small project into something bigger sometimes. We decided to use Anthony since he’s a locally owned small business. He was quick to respond, very well priced, and very efficient. My favorite part, is that he was patient and actually worked with my husband and showing him how to tackle the project. Such a blessing to have someone with that much patience to show somebody with a Trumatic brain injury how to problem solve and complete the project. Keep Anthony’s number! He’s one of the good guys."

"How'd it go? It went PERFECTLY. Tommy and his crew (especially Pauly) performed the gutting and remodeling excellently. They came in on budget and ahead of schedule (only by a few days -- but still, that's pretty amazing). But what is most important is their integrity and work ethic. When they told us something, we knew we could rely on what they said. There was one problem -- there was no way to know in advance -- there was a hidden pipe under the floor in the bathroom that was being remodeled. Removing the pipe and reconfiguring it took two days -- yet, as mentioned above -- by the end of the project, they had not only made up that time, but brought the project to completion early.  There were no surprises about the cost of the kitchen or bathroom. Everything was as promised. After the kitchen project began (the kitchen was done first, the bathroom last) we decided to upgrade a couple of things that we hadn't mentioned. That was no problem, and the net difference in cost was only a few hundred dollars. Many less reputable contractors would have used that change as an opportunity to ratchet up the price, but Tommy did it at his cost. About the workmanship: no one who enters our home fails to mention how great the kitchen and bathroom look, especially the granite counters. We were home for much of the time they were working and had the opportunity to observe them. They have a great sense of humor and took the time to explain everything to us, despite our millions of questions and comments, they cheerfully told us everything we needed to know. Recently, one of the bulbs in our range top burned out, and we couldn't figure out how to change it. We called Tommy for instructions. Instead of telling us over the phone, he came over and gave us a lesson in how to do it. We live about forty-five minutes from him, and when we offered to pay him for his time (it's not his fault a bulb burned out over a year after installation) he refused, saying, "What are you talking about? You're my customer." It doesn't get any better than that. TIL-MAR DESIGN = HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Dan and his team did a phenomenal job tearing out my dilapidated deck and building a brand new one. Patrick was the foreman and patiently answered any questions I had during construction. Everything was done properly and I look forward to enjoyInch the deck for years to come."

"The workmen sent to do install my new doors, drawers, knobs and pulls were, courteous, on time, and extremely clean and neat. <br /> (As I am a neat freak- and nothing less would do)  They were careful of my new granite top counter, as they were careful of  <br /> everything in my kitchen.  When they saw that they could complete the job in ONE DAY;  they continued to work until near 7:00 pm  <br /> so that I could have the use of my kitchen the same day.  I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. <br /> There was a slight problem with 2 doors that did not close "perfectly" and within 2 days they returned to my home and made them  <br /> perfect! <br />"

"Keith responded promptly to my request for an estimate on redoing my front steps and garden.  At the time he stated that they had an 8 week backlog of work.  As we were not in any hurry to have the work done this was not a problem for us.  At about the 8 week mark I called Keith for the status of our estimate.  It took a couple more weeks before we received the estimate with the work plan.  We were able to schedule the work for about 3 weeks after we received the estimate.  <br /> The work crew arrived at the time and date scheduled and they all worked efficiently to complete the work in one day.  <br /> We are very pleased with the new stone steps and the new garden.  It will take a couple of years for it to fully grow in, but I can see that it will meet our request for a low maintenance garden.  <br />"

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Bridgeton, NJ

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
