The new grout and caulk look great and he walked us through the application of the additional products and even offered to assist with any questions as we used them. Doug worked with us to make the project cost effective and was in continuos communication with us regarding the project between the time of the estimate until after the project was complete. We found him to be meticulous, conscientious, trustworthy, knowledgeable, observant, good natured, patient, respectful and responsive. Mark listened well to our opinions during every step of the process and provided valuable suggestions and guidance. The exterior of the house looks better than new with the care taken on the paint job. The master bathroom was a bigger job than we had anticipated as it needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt properly. The new bathroom is lovely with its new lighting and exhaust systems, rebuilt shower and Jacuzzi tub areas, and Mark’s exacting tile work that is simply exquisite. His crew cheerfully repainted the vanity area a couple of times until the color scheme was right and we were satisfied. Mark and his men were a pleasure to work with. "I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."
