He provided multiple options on how to resolve the leak I had in my basement. I was very comfortable choosing the option to install a sump pump. The employees that installed the sump pump not only arrived on time, but were very professional. They confirmed the job at hand before starting the work. They also went through the trouble of digging underneath my concrete sidewalk to install the pipe to lead the water outside of my house to my front yard. "Overall the work repair of my sewer main was good experience. There were some issues getting the work scheduled but I was given a discount for the inconvenience. The water pressure has improved significantly as a result of the repair. The only complaint I have is that my front yard had to be dug up and the clean up of the dirt and stone was a little sloppy. But as I said overall it was a good experience and the crew was very nice to work with."
