"Wolverine Contracting Design + Remodel provided us with exceptional craftsmanship for our renovation. They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"Hiring a contractor has not always been a successful endeavor for us. We have experienced many of the problems you hear from others--terrible job, shoddy work, never show up, etc. When we contacted Trademark Building Solutions we held our breath as we did not know them nor had a referral. The communication from Derrick was consistent, responsive and personal. He called and spoke with us periodically versus always using text or email. Text or email is fine but it is very nice to speak with someone, especially when we had questions. The work performed was exceptional. The original builder cut corners and it was necessary, in mid job, for Trademark to make adjustments to the requirements of the project to ensure we had the results we wanted. Though the adjustments were not major in scope, Trademark had every right to request additional monies to fix the builder's original work, they did NOT. They showed us the issue, explained it would now take extra time to complete the project as they wanted to do the job right. We are very pleased with the results of the project and if we ever need work done anywhere in or around our home, Trademark Building Solutions will be the only call we make."

"Bob and his crew did a great job framing the barn. They were able to adapt to the county and local inspections and made sure the site was clean afterwards. He was in contact with me and the subcontractors daily and the project was completed in a timely manner considering the large amount of work that was done. The crew was friendly and cooperative."
