"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! "Great, they inspected the Gas Furnace and my A/C unit. I was satisfied with the service and was it reasonably priced. I First called them due to my A/C condenser leaking and they blew out the line. I did however had to call them back as my drain line started leaking again, They had to crawl in my crawl space and found the problem. At some point when the new water lines were installed they have removed my pipe hanger from the drain line for the A/C which caused the drain line to sag and would not allow the water to flow as freely as it should. The technician fixed it and made sure that the drain was free flowing. Anderson Heating and Cooling only charged me for the service call which was fair. They did come back out to replace my gas control valve and was even about $60.00 less then the quote given me due to not needing a extra part. So yes, they are honest as well. I would not look for anyone else to service my furnace or A/C unit. Thank you"

"Dutch arrived early for the appointment and completed the work quickly. We just bought the house and had questions about the furnace, which Dutch was happy to answer. We had a coupon for their Spring Furnace Tune-up special, priced at $140, so were surprised when the bill only came to $99. The woman at the office explained that special pricing was for oil furnaces, and as our gas furnace was simpler to service, they only charged for the actual time and labor. You gotta love that attitude in a service provider! 
The recommendation for Mr. Nash came from our Realtor, and we are very happy to have found a friendly family business providing quality service at reasonable prices. We were so happy, in fact, that we had them back the next day to move the thermostat in the new house to a better location. Again, they were prompt and professional, and did a great job.

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
