They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. "One of the owners stopped by, inspected the door, and we discussed the prices for the things I was interested in getting done. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup."
