He always shows up when he says he is going to be there, he is easy to reach when you need to ask him a question, and he completed the job in an extremely timely manner. There were some challenges with getting the permits in place due to delays with the town and because of the layout of the deck is so close to our septic, however, Peter assured that everything went smoothly and to code. "Claudio and his team templated our countertops. We chose a stone that broke the budget a bit, but we fell in love with the stone and decided to save elsewhere. Unfortunately, the stone was far more porous than was described and became a bit of a nightmare to deal with. Claudio immediately gave us options on moving forward. He laid out all of the scenarios, worked with the quarry folks and was able to get us a credit on the stone. He went above and beyond to make us happy, gave us an additional credit out of his own pocket, and made us feel secure about the decision we ultimately made (we kept the stone). He even gave us lessons on sealing, and offered his services to us whenever we might need him. I do not often hear “good” stories from folks who are embarking on a home renovation. It is usually some nightmare scenario that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. But Claudio and the Coastal Counters and Cabinets team are head and shoulders above the rest!
