"Preston from Neighborhood drains was the 3rd drain company that came out to my home for the vent clog in my roof drain. They didn’t even go onto my roof where the problem originated. He went up on my roof and cleared the vent drain and the blockage cleared out. If you have a drain clog give Neighborhood Drains a call. Preston is a true professional, honest, and reasonable rates. I’ve had a lot of work done around my house having hired many different companies and he was simply the best guy that I’ve encountered. "

"Today my wife was washing clothes and decided to use the downstairs bathroom. When she walked in, there was water coming from the shower drain and onto the floor. She called me at work to let me know what was going on. I left work right away and on my way home I called Bass Reddy Rooter. I was able to speak to Tim, who was very easy to talk to, and he reassured me that they would be able to take care of my problem. Within a short period of time, John arrived at my house, and after assessing the problem, he unclogged the drain pipe, and we were back to being able to use our water again. I can’t say enough about John, and the way he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Bass Reddy Rooter to anyone who has a septic system issue. "
