He was always prompt and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. Alex and Mario did the actual refinishing. They did fantastic work, were kind and courteous. Alex was extremely patient in making sure I saw several different stain choices in multiple rooms before I made my final decision. My husband & I couldn t be happier with the end result. "I had laminate in the entry way and in the kitchen of my house.  The entire 1st floor has hardwood.  They came and they replaced the laminate with hardwood and weaved in new pieces seamlessly.  They also sanded and stained it.  We came periodically to check on the progress each evening and they cleaned up after themselves every night.  Javier, the owner,  called me to keep me abreast of each part of the job.  When they finished, everything was cleaned up and it was all perfect and turned out exactly how we wanted it to.  One of the things that I really thought was exceptional was that we had a broken door in the master closet that was broken.  When they replaced the door after doing the floors, they fixed the door, which was above and beyond the scope of work and just a really great display of customer service."
