"This was a professional, he knew everything about garages and knew how to fix them. He fix mine in about 1 hours, it was a broken spring and something I would never do or recommend anyone do on their own. You have to have special tools and he did, you have to have experience and he had it. Their price was fair to replace both springs so we moved forward with the work, which was completed the next day. They told me my opener is 15 years old but still runs well, so I had them price replacing it. The cost was very reasonable, so I will have them out next month to take care of that! "Outstanding! I highly recommend Andrew's for any garage door work. Our original equipment (over 12 years old) door and opener were noisy and troublesome since we moved in 3+ years ago. We had to adjust the sensor several times and recently the opener only worked intermittently. We discussed the problems after I bought the big deal and Andrew and team were prepared to solve all the problems when they arrived for the appointment. They replaced the opener head, rail, and main and remote controllers, adjusted the track, and checked the sensors. The installation went smoothly and they were professional from my initial call, throughout the installation, and on the follow-up. They took away all the replaced parts and cleaned up so well the only way we knew they were here was the different controllers.
