"I got my water line shut off valves changed. Abdul is knowledgeable about the safety issues and clearly explained the problems. He is skillful in his work. Charges were fair."

"I am giving the highest recommendation possible to both Beacon Electrical Services and specifically to Dan McHale, who initially provided and installed an attic fan in our detached garage and then on a second job he dug/trenched/provided/installed a Cat6e line and conduit from the house to a detached building in the back yard. His work was pure perfection on both projects. Dan went the extra mile to "fix" a wire connection in the garage of which I was unaware was unsafe; and he maintained a kind disposition in the sweltering heat as he hand-dug a trench for 120 feet of line for future internet installation. Beacon Electrical's response to all of my inquiries was thorough and prompt; and Dan was very knowledgeable of the Fios/internet protocols. Each suggestion that Dan made improved upon my initial vision for how and where to place the line, conduit, and phone jack. Dan, again, went the extra mile by going into the house and into the crawl space to prepare the work that Verizon would not permit its employees to do during the Covid pandemic. Even after the job was done, on his day off from work, when Verizon arrived to hook up Fios and had questions, Dan was willing to intercede for me with the Verizon tech by further explaining to them what had been done so as to expedite Verizon's installation. Dan was respectful to me and to my elderly parents throughout each encounter. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, Beacon Electrical took every precaution to protect the customer from the very first greeting to the final signing off on the job. As my 90-year-old father wanted to constantly "be near the action," Dan made sure that my father didn't get within six feet (or more) when he wasn't wearing his face mask. Dan's kindness, professionalism, and pride in workmanship is undeniable. My experience with Beacon has been a blessing, and they will remain my electrical company of choice! If first impressions matter, Beacon Electric excelled ... from the clean and shiny company vehicle to the appearance of their representatives. Also, lastly, though not of any lesser impression, is the office personnel. Having prompt, courteous return calls is such a luxury these days. Congrats to the owners and managers. You have much of which to be proud. (A new forever client)"

"Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the part call him if needed to replace and test."

"

They quickly isolated the problem.  There are outlets outside the house.  One of them was missing a cover causing water to get into the outlet and causing the short.  They installed covers and did whatever else needed to be done to resolve the he problem.

They were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem.  Previously, the company was here to do a repair.  I can't recall what it was, but at that time they also did excellent work.  In addition to making the necessary repairs, they gave me a checklist and estimates of items that needed addressing.  At that time, there was a lot going on (we had just moved in), and although they explained the items on the list, I didn't focus.  At the recent service call, I dragged out the checklist, and asked the men to explain it again.  They sat down and took the time to thoroughly explain all items on the list and answer all my questions.

I highly recommend the company and will be using them toe get started on the checklist in the very near future.

"Tyriece Walker was highly professional. He was an excellent communicator all the way through. He quickly assessed the issue with my sewer drain pipe, fixed it and left everything clean. On his own, he also checked other water lines and my water heater and gave me an additional recommendation for my aging lines/equipment. I would highly recommend this company and Tyriece Walker."

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."
