"My experience with Nova Exteriors was great. I needed new storm doors installed on two sets of French doors leading to a patio. Each set of doors has a total width of 48", so a custom solution was needed. Nova works with Provia, which manufactured the doors. The job was intricate and the Nova team needed a fair bit of creativity to make the new doors work on my 1976 row house. Near the end of the 9-hour install, they made a couple of small measurement errors and cut a couple of pieces of trim a bit short. They made it work as best as possible at the time, and then worked with me to replace the short pieces as soon as they could get new ones from Provia. The last step happened yesterday, and their guy showed up in a mask and gloves and was careful and respectful of social distancing and wiped surfaces down before he left. I am very happy with the service I received, the quality of the work, and the doors themselves. I would not hesitate to use Nova again or recommend them. I used them because of their relationship with Provia and the good reviews on Angie's List, so thanks to previous reviewers."

"Great work! The order process for the door was easy and the doors arrived early and to specifications. Scheduling for the install was clear. The team -- Mike and John -- were on time, professional, took care to clean the workspace, did a quality install -- including the repair of sub flooring damage as the old doors were letting rain water inside. The new doors look beautiful and the "rain water" issues resolved. Phantom screens for the patio doors still need to go in. So looking forward to that part of the job coming to fruition."

He gave us the phone number for Baldwin and said to call for a new lock assembly and when it arrives, he will come out and do the repair. We did so and the parts came in a week later. "Joseph/Tivoli Locksmith is a first-class company that provided prompt attention, thorough service, and exceptional outcome. I called on 9/2 to request a site visit to look at a faulty outer gate lock to my DC rowhouse. Joseph (the Proprietor) answered the call and let me pick the day and time for him to come out to my house. I selected the next day (9/3) @ 2pm. At 1:35pm Joseph was at my house and calling me to make me aware tht he was there. I hadn't returned from errands yet and asked that he look at the faulty lock until I arrived. Once I arrived he was positive and courteous, and quickly offered an assessment for the lock issue. He provided a quote of $125 if he were able to fix the existing lock. After earnest attempts to fix the existing lock he informed me that it had some fatal flaws and offered to install a replacement lock for $175, with a $25 discount. I was pleased with this option/offer and gave him the go-ahead to proceed. He quickly installed the lock and even provided a custom fit for the bolt to drive in to since the door frame of the gate was so old and had insufficient wood to support a robbery proof solution. This he did at no extra charge, but I had added piece of mind!"
