"Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. "We first met with Chris and put together an outline for the work, we had paint available, Chris made sure the paint was a match to what was on the surrounding walls.  We then scheduled a day and time for the work to be done.  When his team came to the house they were professional and respectful of our property wearing shoe covers or even taking their shoes off when necessary.  They went straight to the task of their work at hand spackling and patching all the holes and scrap marks from our picture frames. Then to the painting, coating the wall with a smooth even layer making it a job well done.  When finished they packed up they gear and totally cleaned around the area they had just worked all in all we could not have been more pleased.

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Overall I would give the provider an adequate mark on the entire project now that the repairs to the original work are done.
I was glad that they did not even attempt to charge any more money to complete what I felt I had already paid for.
I would consider using this provider again.  I would also make sure that  the original contract was completed in detail with what I exactly expected to be done for the quoted price.
Alick Smith does have a year's warranty on the work they do on your home. That was what saved us on this project.  If they only warrantied their work for 30 days I do not believe I would be reporting this positive outcome.

"I booked them via a deal on Angies List to repair my sidewalk. They came out promptly, and after talking to Nick, I decided to repair my parking area, which was cracked and had standing water issues. It took a bit longer than I expected to get them out to acutally start the project, but when they came I was more than pleased with the service and the knowledge that Nick had. I am currently thinking of hiring them for another project.
