"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. I am definitely going to use Eastern Glass Block again and would refer them! <br />"

"They were very nice to deal with at their store and when they came to do the work.  They removed the old windows and installed the new ones in a couple of days and cleaned-up after themselves.  There were no surprises either.  We were very impressed that they replaced a large picture window that was still under warranty from the previous owner. <br />"

"Andy Grason met with me within 3 days of my initial call, which was initially for the purpose of painting my kitchen cabinets.  We discussed the possibility of a complete renovation of my dining room /kitchen area and he referred me to Shawn, who was in charge of the renovation projects at that time.  About a week after Shawn and I met, I was provided with a detailed written estimate of all possible work to be completed, which allowed me to choose which portions I wanted to include. I have worked with this company before and know the rates to be very fair.  <br /> After a short delay of about 2-3 weeks the project was begun with demolition of flooring and an interior wall.  The crew was very careful to first wall off all other living spaces and cover all furniture with plastic.  Each day they arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up whatever mess had been created.  I was apprised of what work was to be done at the beginning of each day, and all of my questions and concerns were answered in detail.  The project was completed in 3 weeks and within the time frame that I requested. <br /> I was extremely pleased with the work done by this crew.  They were all courteous, hard-working, and consistent in their efforts to clean up and make my home as livable as possible during, what was for me, a major project.  I especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions and respond to any concerns that I had. The quality of the finished work was excellent.  I would highly recommend them for any interior painting and/or renovation projects. <br />"

"The repair and cleaning was completed in a timely fashion. Since, we ordered the covers ourselves, he return on another day to do the installation. Company was very accommodating and communication via email or phone was reliable. We are very pleased with the work and will be using him again. Addition: Jim returned to install the two gutter covers as promised on Saturday, 10/17/20. We were waiting for the wasps to leave their nest before installing the last two covers. Job paid in full previously, so no charge for this."

"We had a custom storm door installed on our new condo this past Saturday. The installer arrived on time and called in advance. <br /> The installation went as well as expected, with the door frame not square and the mounting area of the door frame, made of foam plastic-no wood. <br /> The installer was excellent, he made sure that at least the storm door was straight and installed properly. I would have given up on the task, and thrown in the towel. Not this installer, he was excellent, patient, did not lose his temper and used his many years in the business to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. <br /> The door works well and looks great, as expected. <br /> He repaired our basement door, fixing the sill plate, the vinyl door base gasket and even the dead bolt and spring latch strike plate. Again, the new home builders are shameful, they must not know how to use a square or level, since both the main door and the basement door are out of square. <br /> I never had a bad installation by A.B.E. Door and Window, and this Saturday was not exception. Job Well Done under difficult circumstances, a condo cheaply built! <br /> I would use them again, without a doubt! <br />"
