"We had a misunderstanding at first and it was all on me. I messaged him he called me right away and he was like I’m in my way. He looked over my system told me what the problem was and then how much. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, He mentioned that my system is old 2006 and could need replacing. I mentioned I might be selling the house, he mentioned then don’t do it, a new system doesn’t really add to the value. He could have been like oh yeah it will. Not many companies or techs out that are honest unfortunately. I will continue to use them. "
