They were truthful in every respect. They fully explained all aspects of the system. They were also a soft sell and insisted we contact them after the new roof before proceeding. We had the new roof installed and then had the new solar installation done. The installers were neat and professional. Every panel lines up and looks great. The unit in the garage looks terrific. "The entire process went very well. I was kept abreast of every step leading to the installation of our solar panels and the actual - throwing the switch to be completely solar powered. Florida Solar Power Initiative in conjunction with Affordable Solar & Air were totally on top of getting us up and running. Everyone one I interacted with through this process was professional, very well informed and on top of the entire process. "Got the job done correctly. Also they were open and attentive to questions. Thought they were a bit inflexible with cost of project, initially quoting $1500 instead of $350 because chosen location for outlet was 10 feet instead of 5 feet from electric panel. I’m no expert but this seemed an unreasonable price difference for a few feet of cable. To resolve the issue I had them place the outlet closer to the panel."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."
