Temperatures had reached 90 degrees when the unit failed, with forecast of continued high heat . I called C and S, explained the problem, they responded the same day with a service call. The problem was diagnosed, they made repairs to the failed line and refilled the unit with coolant quickly and efficiently. The employees were courteous, professional and told us they would call back to check with us to make certain there were no further problems. Follow up was the next day, we assured them the unit was indeed working efficiently.Great company to work with, reasonable fees and genuine concern for customer's satisfaction!"
