The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful. "We recieved a mailing about American Metal Roofs, my husband was interested in getting a metal roof so we called. The president of the company came to our home to meet with both my husband and I. He explained and showed us in great detail how the roof is installed and about the materials used and gave us an estimate. We picked out the type of roof and color that we wanted and we put money down to order the materials and within a few weeks they were ready to start putting on the roof. Also about how the workers would conduct themselves on our property. Our roof was installed and all materials were cleaned up and kept neat through the whole process. The Crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves daily and were very knowledgable and did a very professional job.

"I had ceiling/drywall damage due to water and ice damning in the valleys of my roof.  Being a rental unit and my being out of state, I was uncertain of the extent of the damage to the roof or the ceiling.  Ryan informed me that the roof did not appear damaged and the ceiling damage was not significant.  He was able to anchor/support the ceiling with screws and washers and mud/skim coat the ceiling and sand to repair where the sheet rock was damaged.  The cost to repair the ceiling was significantly less than I expected and I would certainly hire Ryan again for any future services or repairs.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
