"Ted responded to my call promptly and came out for a look.  I provided a drawing and we discussed some of the details.  Ted began promptly and completed the work within 2 weeks.  Each step along the way he called and we discussed the smaller details.  Ted purchased materials to properly match the existing building and matched the roof lines and eve details to the house.  The porch was build very well with solid fasteners, ample dimensional lumber and with attention to details.  Ted met with me several times and provide advice on how I could finish the interior. (I had him complete the exterior.) Ted provide catalogs of supplies to that I could choose the quality of the materials.  The dimensional lumber he used was top grade and the decking was routed to round off the edges.  Ted was very net in his work.  Provide a dumper on site, put away all toolls at the end of the day, left steps to front door intact until the new steps were installed.  In short, he is a great guy to work with.  Has a lot of know-how, good price and he communicates and comes when he says he will. <br />"
