"Our AC system is original to the house so when we stood in our kitchen and had water dump from the ceiling down into the pantry...we thought for sure our system was going to need to be replaced. We called Boyle heating and cooling on Saturday. They were already booked for the morning by the time we had the issue but scheduled us for early Monday. Most other servicemen we've dealt with thus far in Columbus have not been very reliable and either show hours after scheduled, or don't show at all. We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived a bit after 8, leaving us the rest of our day to do other things that we needed to do. They quickly assessed the situation and fixed it promptly...no new system needed! They gave us good information concerning our system and were very respectful and professional.
