"I worked with Perry and Dave Willis GCI they did an amazing job they built a two-story Edition with a full basement and in-laws quarters a wheelchair ramp all necessary plumbing and electrical Ada handicap bathroom for my mother-in-law and they were amazing they got together with us they actually listened to our needs they brought their architect out we paid the architect directly and these guys handled everything from Soup To Nuts A to Z we didn't have a problem with inspections with the township we didn't have any problems with them or their employees they were really really amazing we're having a front porch built now the permits are in process and we cannot wait to have it done I would recommend this company 1 billion percent and now my two neighbors are going to use them for a kitchen and bathroom and basement renovations I am very impressed"

They let me know what to expect, when to expect them, and will let you know if schedules change. They are really on top of it, no matter what the season. "Keystone Custom Decks was absolutely amazing! This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. They were able to flex their schedule in order to make sure they weren't holding up the other contractors. When the project started it was like poetry in motion. Daniel and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their workmanship was impeccable. Their methodical approach and receptiveness to our input made the project stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end. "Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. We are a small group of crafstmen practicing the art of custom masonry. Our goal is to create one-of-a kind works of stone and mortar which defy replication.

"Our old railroad tie retaining wall was falling down and desperately needed to be replaced. I did some research on Angie's list and found 3 contractors to get bids from. CKC's price wasn't the lowest but Dave had the best ideas for how the wall should be changed. Because the retaining wall ran to the backyard where the pool is which would cause the pool to be partially unfenced, we needed to know the exact schedule so that the fence builder could coordinate. The whole project took exactly the time that Dave said it would and we were able to get the fence up immediately. In addition to being the sales person, Dave was also the project manager and ran his own crew. Whenever I had a question Dave was available to answer it and, when needed, he came personally to check the work. It was a large project and complicated due to the need to comply with local building codes. The whole project went perfectly and the results are beautiful. Almost everyone in the neighborhood has stopped by to say how good it looks. Dave's crew was wonderful. They were unfailingly polite and cooperative. They went to extra lengths to work around my existing plantings and whenever I had a question or concern, they were quite willing to help. We have now had the wall for 6 months and we are still so pleased with the results."
