"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

They provided us a time frame of when the project would be done and weâ re able to accomplish it. There were times when things didnâ t go as smoothly as they had hoped, but they worked longer hours to make up for it. As far as the quality of the work, it was outstanding! We were very pleased on how our bedrooms turned out. We have hired them to do a complete remodel on our office, kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. "We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.
