"Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done."

"The brothers who run this company were easy to work with, timely, and fun.
I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

"This is the third time in the last 7 years that I have hired Ben Jones to remove trees. His work has consistently been outstanding and his prices are very competitive. There are no hidden charges. He shows up when he promises to and he gets the work done quickly. He always cleans up afterwards. I would hire him again if I ever need further work."

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

"It didn't go very well for me at first. The person that was doing the painting didn't do a good job. He said he didn't know he was supposed to take the nicks out of the door and fill them in with putty and then paint over them. He just painted the door and the nicks that I wanted out were still in there. That's okay, they sent someone else out and fixed it and satisfied it with me. I had asked for the repair and the guy didn't have the equipment. He said he didn't know that he was supposed to fix the door. He thought he was just supposed to paint the door, not fix the nicks all over. The wood on the door had nicks in it. Like I said, they took care of it. I'm satisfied with what they did. I called them, told them what my problem was, they sent someone else out, the guy fixed the door, and now I'm happy with it. When I called, she sent someone out the very next day."

Then I hired Buzz Bunting to install the gutter guard stainless steel micro mesh system, along the gutters on the front and back of the gutters, to prevent further buildup of leaves, twigs, helicopters, and roof grit, from a neighbors Maple Tree, and the general breakdown of roof grit, from weathering years of heat and cold. I was very pleased with how professional Buzz is, his general knowledge of home repairs is astonishing. He works alone, is very trustworthy, and does rock solid workmanship. He is super versatile, can basically fix or repair anything, and if there is something that he doesn’t do, he gives great advice, to point you in the right direction."

"Steve Hessler was very professional in providing an estimate to replace the front porch.  The crew showed up a little later than expected due to a flat tire.  They finished the job in one day and removed all of the debris.  Yard was left very clean and no damage to landscaping. One minor issue was addressed and corrected within a week.  Overall we are pleased with the outcome.
