He did better than thatâ ¦.he showed up in 45 minutes, Anthony used his years of experience to analyze the situation and come up with a plan. He pulled out â The Snake you Can Trustâ (catchy isn't it) and attacked the problem from several angles with a multitude of devices...(really only two devices). At the end of the day it turns out the problem was in the main line not the bathroom in the lower part of the house. As an added service Anthony snaked out the lower level as well. What a GUY!!! Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. "Setting up an appointment is really simple. The customer service rep is very friendly, they called the day before to confirm, and then the morning of the appt when the technician was about 30 minutes away. The technician was a very nice and professional guy. He showed up, did an initial assessment of the possible issues, then after discussing the initial price (+ any supplemental prices after he started the work) he called his office to indicate he was going to start the job. So far, it seems like he repaired the primary issue and had some other suggestions to avoid the issue in the future. He cleaned up all the debris after finishing the work. Sessa generally has a set price for each different kind of repair, but it's a little frustrating that 1 - they won't tell you the prices over the phone and require someone to come out to inspect, and 2 - the inspection fee is not taken off the price of the work. So, I thought that might be a better option not knowing how long it might take to repair. However, if you have a general sense of how long it is going to take it might be worth checking with others who charge hourly rates. I felt like the final price was higher than it might have been if I chose someone who charges hourly rates. Overall, I am happy with the work and would recommend Sessa. They have a good reputation, the tech was professional and seemed to know what he was talking about, but the pricing is probably higher than other plumbers. You could probably shop around for cheaper options, but having confidence that the issue is addressed and you are working with a reputable firm might be worth the higher price."

"The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back.
