"I wanted somebody right away and they came pretty quick. Drain was quickly cleared. Very pleased"

"Called them on a Sunday when I noticed a backup at an outside drain; Pasquale & crew showed up the next morning. Given the kind of work they do, and the fact that the floors had just been washed, I asked them to take off their shoes in the house and they did! <3 It took maybe half an hour to clean out the sewer drain. While this was happening a tenant mentioned that he had a leak under his kitchen sink, and the crew was flexible enough to handle it on the spot, in the same visit. Thanks, guys! Would definitely hire again."

"I had a major problem where my tenants kept rolling oil down the drain. I noticed this when one of my other tenants called me informing me that her entire apartment was filled with backflow. I immediately called and they came out within an hour to jet my main line. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism. Most importantly they leave the job cleaner than when they arrived."

"Responded within minutes of my request and was in and out of my house in under two hours. Diagnosed the problem using a camera in our pipes, fixed our main line clog, and made suggestions to prevent problems in the future. On the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it."

"Entoni and the crew came to clear a sewer line blockage and create a video of the line. The trap had been hidden under the flooring by the previous owner. This team would not walk away until the job was completed successfully. They located the trap, snaked the line and provided me with the video. I admire their professionalism and perseverance. I highly recommend them!"

"The team at 24 Seven were great! Candace and Diana were prompt in their response and arranged the appointment swiftly. 5 stars to Robert the plumber who put in the extra hard work and determination to remedy my plumbing issue. It should have been fairly routine drain cleanout but proved to be a bit of a pain and Robert’s expertise, patience and determination shined. He was polite and respectful. Prompt and efficient. I would certainly call them again. Now I can use my bathroom sink again without worry!"

"Setting up an appointment is really simple. The customer service rep is very friendly, they called the day before to confirm, and then the morning of the appt when the technician was about 30 minutes away. The technician was a very nice and professional guy. He showed up, did an initial assessment of the possible issues, then after discussing the initial price (+ any supplemental prices after he started the work) he called his office to indicate he was going to start the job. So far, it seems like he repaired the primary issue and had some other suggestions to avoid the issue in the future. He cleaned up all the debris after finishing the work. Sessa generally has a set price for each different kind of repair, but it's a little frustrating that 1 - they won't tell you the prices over the phone and require someone to come out to inspect, and 2 - the inspection fee is not taken off the price of the work. So, I thought that might be a better option not knowing how long it might take to repair. However, if you have a general sense of how long it is going to take it might be worth checking with others who charge hourly rates. I felt like the final price was higher than it might have been if I chose someone who charges hourly rates. Overall, I am happy with the work and would recommend Sessa. They have a good reputation, the tech was professional and seemed to know what he was talking about, but the pricing is probably higher than other plumbers. You could probably shop around for cheaper options, but having confidence that the issue is addressed and you are working with a reputable firm might be worth the higher price."

"The technician Daniel K provided me with options to solve a problem with a toilet that would not flush properly due to an object stuck in the pipe. When he was unable to remove the obstruction by snaking the drain, he explained the reasons why, and we went to plan B. Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. Other plumbing companies who listed weekend hours were unresponsive and did not take the time to return my voicemails-- even during the following week. Glad I found Petri. Great service and great work."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I recently needed to replace my water heater very quickly for my tenants. I contacted several companies to see who would be most reliable and reasonable. Pipe Squad responded promptly and offered to show up in an hour and get it done. I was impressed by their professionalism and work ethic. Quality work should not be underpaid, at least that is what i learned when it come to plumbing problems. Thanks guys."
