"My project was to replace the mirror on my medicine cabinet. It had fallen into the bathtub and shattered when the glue holding it in place had weakened. Ulmas' estimate was by far the lowest of those I received, by more than 50 percent. He is polite, communicates well, and responds quickly to messages. When he provided the time he would come to my residence, he kept to it. That said, I would press him on his timeline. He arrived at my home a day after contact to inspect the damage and collect the frame, which he took with him to reassemble with the new mirror. He told me it would take a few days. It turned out to be more than that. I was about to text him to ask about the job's status when he informed me the mirror was ready. The delay is understandable—he has a full-time job and does this sort of work on the side—but if he cannot finish the work promptly, he should make that clear in advance. Other than that, I have no complaints and highly recommend him. Just pin him down."
