He sent a very reasonable estimate that evening, which I appreciated. He scheduled the job for Monday. We added a few more small projects which he and his brother did without complaint. Everything was finished, both Eddie and his brother were quiet and I was able to work at home while they worked. Eddie is polite, willing, makes good suggestions. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
