"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. "It went very well. Both Steve and Alfonso were professional and very accommodating to our needs. They re-pointed all of the brick work on our 3,200 sq ft 2-story house and added a sealer on it. The re-point was to stop leaking from the inside of an exterior wall and it successfully stopped the leak. They also replaced a traditional half circle window with a larger rectangle window with glass blocks in the master bathroom. They were punctual and cleaned up after all work.
