"Excellent service. Kevin is kind and super knowledgeable about pools. He responds quickly to phone calls and inquiries as well. I highly recommend him for your pool care and upkeep."

"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts. Give him a call, I honestly think you'll be glad you did. Barbara W"

"Wonderful! Hilario is a trustworthy person. He is punctual, always return our calls. He first checked the whole system and left it working like new and modern. He installed new plaster after going through all the options we had. It looks amazing! And he also comes once a week to maintain our pool and is in excellent shape!"

"They installed a new Jandy Pool/Spa heater to replace the original one that died."

"Richard is both honest, professional along with a great attitude. I thought I needed to replace the main circuit board on my pool heater - several hundred dollars. When Richard arrived with board in hand, he first suggested that he check the wiring. He trouble shot this stimulation and corrected the wiring which solved the problem. He only charged me a service fee. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful!"

"My pool was a wreck after the hurricane. Galveston Pool Services drained, power washed, and refilled my pool. Maintenance was also performed on my pump by cleaning the filters. My pool has never looked so good!"

"Manny was very responsive, punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services in the future. We spoke on the phone and scheduled a date and time. He arrived right on time and handled the job quickly. We just moved into a home about four months ago and needed some work done in the backyard. The previous owner attempted to make a composting area but it ended up as a large mound of hard dirt that was in the way of where we are planning to install monkey bars for our two boys. Also, I knocked down eight feet of old fence and needed to get rid of the wood, some bricks, shelves and an old bike. It would've been way too much work for me to handle on my own but Manny and his team knocked it out in about 90 minutes.

"Called Laurent's Pool Service on a Friday since another service provider was not following through. Stephen came out that day to take a look. Showed up Monday morning to replace the booster pump and light fixture. His price was a bit higher than my quote from the other company but the service was worth it.
