The process was also complimented by their installation staff, they were friendly and the install went very well. "After doing a ton of research and reading dozens of positive reviews, we contracted with Home Safety Solutions in May to design and install a Nautilus hurricane-rated roll-down shutter to protect our home's front entryway. We figured if the product and service came even close to living up to all the accolades we had read, then we'd likely be satisfied. Well, Home Safety Solutions actually exceeded our expectations in every way, and we absolutely recommend the company to anyone looking for a first-rate product designed and installed by first-rate people. Communication was exceptional from start to finish. Every contact was friendly and professional. The sales and office staff, the owners, the installers were all unfailingly respectful and more than willing to answer questions and show off their work. Appointments were made and kept, every time. When the first install attempt went wonky because of a measurement problem, the crew returned a few days later with the problem solved and with a small but creative redesign to better fit our space and to give us more flexibility in utilizing the shutter. The county inspector, at the request of the office, came the next day and signed off on the permit.
