"We got to know about this great company from someone who has used them before. Argo Glass team of expert really helped us during our renovation process. They used Teamwork as their project management tool. For updates, as an account manager, I was communicating with their manager over Skype. But before that, I set up an appointment via phone, and they were able to accommodate me for the same day. Upon contact, I reviewed the price list that contains their previous work or designs and it value equivalent, before we decided to use Argo Glass for the project. During the process, they gave me enough time to evaluate and understand our options. "There was a little bit of a delay in getting the appointment scheduled but once scheduled, they arrived on time, were very efficient in doing the cleaning.
We had recently developed a leak in our enclosed porch, they immediately discovered the issue and fixed it with a quick flashing repair.
They not only did the roof inspection, but provided an estimate for reference once we decide to replace our roof.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them for gutter cleaning again!

"After I approved the drapes, I was sent an invoice for $700. I paid the invoice. It's been over a year and despite numerous emails (over a dozen) with Amanda Zettel of Homemade Design, I still have not received the drapes or a refund. I was very satisfied with all of Homemade Design's work up until this experience."

"They repaired or replaced several fascia boards and primed them.  They also put aluminum caps on all the rafter tails, some of which were badly damaged.  Everything looked almost like new when they were done.  Very happy with the results!

"The repairman, named Keith, was prompt and professional.  He came in, I showed him the windows in the three different bedrooms.  He did all the work I asked.  He was fast, friendly and neat in his work.
Now, while he was working I asked him some questions about all the hullabaloo I had read in the past about bad window glass or something like that.  He said that the previous owner did everything she could to fix the problem and everyone who had a complaint has either had their issues fixed or the parts are on order.   My repairman offered to order a part that may not be covered under warranty, but after I read my warranty in detail, I learned that it was.  He has ordered the part and he said it might be a few months.  I thanked him for being honest about the lead time.  I wrote him a check for the trip / 1st hour of labor charge for $85 and I was satisfied with all the repairs that were done.
After he left, I learned in my own research that Wellington Windows is
no longer in business.  The company who honored the repair warranty is
known as Wellington Home Improvement.  They are not legally obligated to honor the Wellington Windows warranty.  This speaks to the integrity of the family who owns this company.  They are sincerely trying to make good, even to this day.

I cannot speak to the current quality of their windows or other work, but I look forward to using them in the future if I have a need for affordable, energy efficient, vinyl replacement windows.

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
