They are very busy like. The professionalism, I was very impressed. They were honest.

We were thinking about replacing the windows and they said, ?no don?t do that because it is more expensive!? I said, ?yeah you?re right, but we didn?t know what to do!? When I saw the solar screens, several of my friends have it. They really do save and you can?t see inside your house. That is another reason, the privacy. The privacy issue is very much a concern.

If burglars come to your house and they can?t see inside, what are they going to do. If you have got a radio going and they can?t see inside; they are going to go, ?humm!? Someone stupid would just break in anyway. I got their business cards. I said, ?let me tell people!? I told one of my neighbors already. They were also very focus on what their aim is, to help people. They were very clean, they had a clean appearance. Their truck was very clean, everything was neat. "Not so well. As a result of closing the door without allowing enough time the varnish to dry-off , the door got white paint stains from the door frame. I think they should wait at least one hour to re install the door or leave the plastic sealing off the entry after re-installing the door in order to be able to keep the door open until be dried off . I called Nick several times to get rid of these stains. He committed to come back and solve the issue but never showed up."
