Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! "The crew arrived on time (window of noon-5pm). I recently purchased a home, which has a sprinkler system. TLC came out to winterize the system. A two-man team arrived. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. More importantly, he very helpfully answered the many questions I had - pointing out to me where the different sprinkler zones were, the settings on the control box, and where the sprinkler heads were and that several would need to be replaced the coming spring. I plan on using them again for spring maintenance and sprinkler head repair (unless I can replace/repair them myself).
