"Chris Space was the point man for the installation and was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. Our lawn had been saturated from the rains and there was some damage during installation which was taken care of with no hassle. The system is running perfectly and they were great in the setup and "how to" department."

"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

We had a small water leak when we turned the system on this year 2016, turns out there was an air pocket in the pipes. He sent someone that day to fix the problem - took about 5 minutes. I was told I needed a whole new unit ($550). I was suspicious because in the fall another tech from this other service told me the system looked perfect and everything was fine. I asked the tech to remove the unit and leave. I needed a second opinion so I chose Problem Soved. Problem Solved had a real human answer the phone! They were able to get me on their schedule in a couple days. The tech arrived during the time promised. He took the unit and put it on--it was leaking all over. Instead of throwing up his arms he figured out what the problem was---the unit had gunk in it and needed to be flushed. Viola! The unit worked perfectly! Problem Solved easily saved me $550. "<p>On Sunday I noticed that our water heater was leaking.  Called several plumbing places and B McCall was the only one that got back to us on the Sunday.  He advised that we should wait until Monday morning and that he would be able to get to us early.  First thing Monday morning he called and said he would have someone over right away with a new water heater.  Within 45 minutes the installers were there with the new water heater and an hour later we were making hot water again.  The installers worked quickly and neatly and things went extremely smoothly.  Very satisfied with their response and workmanship.</p>"
