"I use them all the time.  They offer a maintenance agreements and I think it is a good idea because the heating and air conditioning system went beyond its expected life.  They come out twice a year to check the system.  They change the filter and check the parts for robust work.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.  If we are under service contract, they take 10% off the parts.  If we have an emergency breakdown, they don't charge overtime or special charges to come out.  Sometimes, they are a little high on price.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future."
