"Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"Had Power replace all of our (9 - mostly custom size) windows in Florida with the Fortress Pella line. From sale - post install the entire process has been smooth. They actually installed our windows early - Customer service has been fantastic! Install and quality of windows is top notch. Haven’t had to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend (and I’m picky)!! Never felt pressured, answered my many detailed questions in sale and along the way, finishing work was done well, clean up was good and the crew had respect of our property and plants. Crew showed up around 9 and was done by 3:30. Great financing options and policy (no down payment, don’t have to pay till 60 days after successful install, no prepayment penalty, decent rate)!"

He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!"

"A wonderful job. Very quick response when a tree fell on our house and caused roof damage - the roof had been installed by NexGen 5 years prior & was working well through storms and high winds. NexGen worked closely with our insurance company ensuring we received all of the compensation we needed and were due. We have had NexGen replace doors at the house as well and have been very pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, workmanship & personalized care afforded by all of the folks working there.
