"Service tech was prompt, clean, well-kept. Showed me exactly where filter was, which my husband and myself hadn't been able to figure out(we bought the property a year ago). I didn't hang over his shoulder, I was pleased with the competence he showed, so I went about other things. He was here for about 40 min. We set up tickler file for next spring to check the A/C unit. We will be using the company, again.
