"These guys were pros through and through. We wanted to remove the old oil furnance (that was about the size of a VW bug) and replace it with a more energy friendly and cost saving gas furnance. They gave us multiple cost options from keeping our current water heater, going tankless, or changing to a higher eneregy effecient heater (which we chose.) The decisions were made more complicated as we have a heat pump on the 2nd and 3rd floor while the oil furnance serviced the 1st and 2nd floor. Mike, our sales manager was patient with our continous questions and responded via phone and/or email.  <br /> The job was occuring in December and they tried to negate as many hours without heat as they could. The project manager, Joe, kept us updated throughout the project - making sure he reviewed with us everything they did each day, the next steps, and their progression on the timeline. They kept the place immaculate. They warned us previously that taking out the old furnance would likely do damage to the stairwell - and the stairs were nicked quite a bit, but they came in with a sander and smoothed them down and even offered to paint them if we had matching paint. <br /> We had them come out to do a couple of tweaks, but the system works great, and will definitely save us money in the long haul. We are putting in AC this summer (I know our installing timing is opposite from what it should have been) and we are having Vaughan install a high velocity Unico system shortly. I wouldn't use anyone else. <br />"

"The owner is personable and knowledgeable. We ended up putting a tank water heater instead of the tankless which was three times the cost. He explained in detail the differences and we decided to stick with the tank. Once we made our decision, it was only several days before they came and installed the new water heater. They covered our floors, weâ re very respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were finished. They were both pleasant, professional and efficient. Would recommend them highly. He explained several installation alternatives to my wife and I . We discussed the choices and selected one that satisfied our needs. As previously stated, the representative was able to restart the existing water heater so we have hot water now, but we chose to replace it due to its age. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time.
