"The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared."

"I was really needing someone to fix my A/C and clean up the mess that it left behind when it leaked through my ceiling. I went into the office as I normally do on Sunday and found the most mess I have ever. My ceiling had caved in on top on my desk apparently after talking to Landon From Southern Kentucky Home Pros He explained everything in detail of what it would take to fix it , How much it cost and the time to do so. The problem I had mostly is that No one usually is available through the week much less on Sunday. They made themselves available. They came in this morning at 7:30a and worked continuously until 8:00p. I could not ask for nicer and courteous workers. They Were Great. I will definitely hire them again and refer them. "the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
