"The whole experience was great.  Hal came and out and gave us an estimate.  His focus is definitely on creating a quality fence and not just putting up a fence quickly.  He spent time constructing the fence in his workshop - used stainless steel screws (versus nails) and routered the ends fo the gates.  The fence turned out like a piece of artwork. I am definitely glad I went with Hal versus some of the bigger fence companies on Angie's list.  They were focused on getting up the fence in two days. I really wanted a fence that was good quality and had great gates.  None of the other companies compared to what I got for the price.  The wood was weather treated versus the filmsy cedar you see on a lot of fences."

"Super nice sales person, Casey, pitched a shower for us. In the end, the nuances about our particular project got too pricey for us. Casey was wonderful at responding to us promptly and letting us know what we were waiting for while internally they thought about our questions. In the end, even though they didn't have to refund our money which we put down as a deposit, they did since no work had been started. In an industry that you hear about so many unhappy customers feeling they get ripped off, it's such a pleasure to meet a company like Rusco that acts honorably in the end."

"Had the install a new tub and flooring over the something. Everything works perfect and the overall remodeling process was quick and easy. In and out in ONE day!"

"Overall a disappointing experience. Jill is really nice on email and asks all the right questions-we sent pics of our room from all angles, specific measurements and actual blueprints of the room for her to use in her design. She is good about asking what style you like, and really seems to love what she does. That said, the turnaround time for this was crazy-I didnt get the finalized concept board until April 4 2012. To be fair there was lag time when I was searching for blueprints for her-and she apologized many times for the delays due to the response of the Angies List promotion.
It would have been worth it if the concepts/furnishings she provided wowed me, but we haven't used a single thing that she suggested despite lots of time spent telling her what styles etc we wanted, and she didnt completely address a couple of my primary concerns which were how to utilize the deep shelf space in the room and lighten up the overal area. I got some good ideas from Jill, and I love that her concept ideas come in an email with click through links to the furnishings/colors she suggests-quick satisfaction there!  I am disappointed in this experience overall, and glad it was not a "full price" disappointment.
