"Even though this was a company that did only basement waterproofing work, the company representative was very HONEST. After I described the situation to him, he very honestly told me that the problem was not likely ground water coming in and that I most likely did not need his company's service. He was correct. It ended up being a plumbing issue. I very much appreciated his honesty. If you ever think you may need basement waterproofing services, be sure to consider this honest, trustworthy company."

"Some of the big companies charge an exorbitant amount to waterproof your basement. Bracken was very fair and reasonable with their price, as one company wanted 4x more for the same work. Dan was very professional and communicated well throughout the project. Bracken completed the job in the quoted time frame and the work was nicely done. Our basement is now completely waterproof with an interior French drain along the perimeter, carbon fiber straps to reinforce the wall that is bowing, and the downspouts to our gutters rerouted to a dry well. We are very happy with the value, professionalism, and quality of work that Bracken provided. Our family highly and enthusiastically recommends Bracken Waterproofing!"

"The Micheal Aquilia crew were very hard working and left area clean. They able to finish my job waterproofing indoor basement area and out side garage in one day!"

"Absolutely miraculous job! They turned our wet nightmare dungeon into a perfectly dry basement! Highest recommendation! We got floor drains, sheeting over our stone foundation, a sump pump and floor drain at basement door. Work was fast, professionally and was exactly what the basement needed."

"Baker waterproofing did an excellent job on my foundation. They were quick and efficient. The crew: Jeremy, Chuck and Reed were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and left everything cleaned up afterwards."

"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

"Work done. 2 weeks later, Hurricane Ida. Basement dry"

"Highlander exceeded my expectations! Mr. Kevin Adams (Senior Inspector), did a thorough assessment of my basement and garage needs, clearly answered all my questions and proposed an easy to understand solution in writing. Mr. Cameron Shoemaker (Customer Care) made me feel like I was his most important customer ever. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and gladly worked with me when I had to postpone the start date of my project due to personal reasons. Wesley (Foreman) and his crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done right and on time. When I brought up a couple of concerns at the end of the project, they quickly and without hesitation did what needed to be done to keep me satisfied. Great company and people who are 100% customer oriented!"

"The inspection did not reveal a waterproofing problem. Turns out it was a plumbing leak behind one of the closet walls. The inspector, Jeremy Baker, was extremely thorough and easy to work with. His effort and performance were well beyond our expectations."
