"Company was given measurements for my dining room table. Two of the pads were measured incorrectly and the wrong pads were sent to me. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The first was ok but cold and impersonal. Stallings was the second call I made and instantly felt like we were more than just another "job". The first question we were asked was if we were all ok. From that moment to meeting both the lead estimator and the owner at our home, and meeting the ladies in the office, everyone was not only extremely professional, but compassionate and so knowledgeable. Every question we had they answered clearly and eased every concern. Our repairs were done so well it looked like a complete remodel instead of just a repair. Most recently, they replaced the risers and treads on two staircases, stained and poly'd them as well as installed wood flooring in the hallway. For this current job, all went very well. Once again, I am am very pleased with everything that was done. Rene and his team were always on time and stayed on task while working in my home for the 2 week job. We worked together to ensure that the design was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Rene is easy to discuss issues with and is very accommodating with changes. Price negotiators were non threatening for both parties. All in all, working with Rene produced a beautiful powder room and guest room. I will not hesitate to recommend him to others and would gladly call on him again if I need any additional work.

"The installation went very well.  The representative came to the house and discussed options and how to maximize use of the space.  The installers arrived as promised and did a very good job, including framing utility access panels very nicely. They were very professional and left the space in fine condition after their work was completed.  Overall, the system Garage Tek installed is wonderful and I'd highly recommend the company.  The installation looks great and has been very helpful in a house where there is limited storage. Several neighbors are considering similar installations.  The only disappointment is that we contacted the company immediately after the system was installed to see about ordering additional shelving and ask about possibly installing ceiling bracket hoists for two bicycles but never got a response.
