"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "They came out the same day to give a quote. We walked around the house and noted spots to be repaired or looked at to be repaired. The price was high, but it had been difficult to get anyone out to do the job and they could start the next workday so I decided to go with them. They were very professional during the walk-around and quote period but after giving me a quote they acted more like a "used car salesman" pushing the sale along. The workmanship was poor in some areas. For example one part of wood repaired stuck out a quarter inch than the existing and they didn't put it with the grain of the existing wood. The window sills were also poorly done with little attention to detail. When additional repairs beyond the scope were found, they quoted a price three times a similar job I had done six months earlier. They did come down on the price. Their initial material fee was no where near what they spent on actual materials."

"Great. I was very happy with the work, I saw an immediate change in my floors. I own a 1920s home built on a crawl space, over time the floors have started to sag, and the support beams were no longer sufficient. I was having a really hard time finding someone to do this kind of work and the one other quote I received was 3 times more than Stable Solutions. The work took about a day and a half and honestly it was quick and painless, I barely heard any noise and minimal internal damage considering the scope of the work being done. Travis and his team were prompt, efficient and responsive to all my concerns and questions. The squeaking in the floors lessened, it felt more stable in the areas we needed support and the sagging portions of the floors were instantly lifted and stabilized. "I would give Foundation Systems Inc. an A+ if I could. I have a zigzag crack in my brick facia. A technician came out and dug down and examined the foundation. I was informed that my foundation is sound and not in need of reinforcement. The charge? Nothing. No cost at all. All that is needed is some cosmetic work on my brick fascia. I am astounded at the honesty and integrity of this contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Poured 19x10 patio in place of builders grade patio stone work which I removed and cleaned area prior to slab. It rained after the pour and they came back to touch up. Some splatter was on the house which I will remove with a putty knife. I also believe they were going to cut in a stress line but it hasn't been done yet. I sent email but haven't heard. I also have a scout who is doing a Eagle project and gave the scout their information. Great team and do the work quickly"

"They are so excellent. They took all of their equipment home with them at night. At 530 AM in the morning they bring a truck that unloads all of their equipment and you never hear them. My neighbor actually told me this because he goes to work at this time. They were so professional the whole time they were here. At one time we offered them refreshments and they respectfully declined. They told me that the company actually provides all the refreshments for them as well as lunches. If I called the office needing anything they handled it immediately. When they started the project they moved everything from the Lani while they were doing the work. They actually took pictures before they moved the furniture so they could put it back just as we had it. Everyone form the crew chief to every worker was great."
