He was responsive at first, provided some samples of colors to look at, then promptly dropped off the radar screen. We have bee nip unable to contact him and he has not contacted us.

After a bit of a rocky start, Chad came in and knocked out the job. We are pleased with the result and with the quality of the work. Time will tell about the durability of the product (micro-topping), but we are satisfied with the look and feel of the product.
