He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. He was honest and told me that he had never seen an air conditioner in such good condition for being about 40 years old. He told me that I could get it cleaned or tuned up, but I really should just leave it as is if it was working. He did not press me to do repairs that were not necessary and gave me some general information on what I should do it I ever wanted to needed it to be replaced.
